Norms of importation of baggage and hand luggage (goods) in the Republic of Belarus are adjusted by Belarusian Customs legislation.
The goods for personal using in accompanied and unaccompanied luggage can be imported without the customs payment, taxes if customs cost does not exceed the sum equivalent of 1000 EUR and their gross weight is not more than 35 kg. (More details - www.gtk.gov.by).

The total amount of a liquid should not exceed should not exceed more than 1 liter in hand baggage.

NOTE: The definition of liquids includes gels, pastes, lotions, liquid/solid mixtures and the contents of pressurized containers, e.g. toothpaste, hair gel, drinks, soups, syrups, perfume, deodorant, shaving foam, aerosols, etc. The volume of one bottle from the set forth above liquids should not exceed 100 mg everyone.

You can pack liquids into checked in luggage – the new rules only for affect hand luggage.

It is only allowed to take small quantities of liquids in the hand luggage. These liquids must be in individual containers with a maximum capacity of 100 ml each. It is must be put into one transparent, re-sealable plastic bag of not more than 1 liter capacity per passenger.

For simplification of passage through the check point, it is necessary for passengers:

- To present all liquids carried to the screeners at security checkpoints for examination;

- To take off coat and/or jacket, it will be screened separately whilst the passenger is screened;

- To remove laptops and other large electrical, electronic devices from the hand luggage – they will be screened separately whilst the passenger is screened.

It’s advised not to take subjects which may contain liquids into hand luggage (for example: bottles, flasks, tubes, banks, plastic containers).

In addition to the above, passengers boarding flights to the USA and the items they are carrying, including those acquired after the airport security search point, will continue to be subjected to secondary search at the gate. Any liquids discovered will be removed from the passenger.

If passengers have any questions on their travel arrangements or security in place at airports they should contact the airport or their airline.

Should you have any of above mentioned articles in your hand baggage, please repack it to your checked baggage NOW.

Items subsequently found in cabin baggage during security search will be confiscated

In Belarus obligatory medical insurance of foreign citizens and persons without the citizenship, temporarily staying in Belarus, in case of rendering to urgent medical aid by the state treatment-and-prophylactic establishments is entered at sudden disease or accident.

These checks serve for your own safety and demand time. During examination of passengers and hand luggage the special detector makes search of metal subjects. Bags and hand luggage are appeared through by the x-ray device (and foto it is not dangerous to cameras). Passengers with an intimate stimulator should address before examination to the personnel, carried out examination. The following items are forbidden to transportation: the weapon; gas bags; inflammable liquids; explosive, poisonous and caustic substances.

We recommend to inform your airline or your agency in what kind of help you require. There is a first-aid post (1-st floor, to the left of the terminal 1) and a chemist's booth (3 floor) at the airport.
